Professional development of graduates

The programme has an applied character and develops the following actions for the professional development of graduates:

  • Use secondary sources or conduct primary research to analyse the hotel labour market and identify employment opportunities. These research activities examine the average remuneration and the number of managerial positions in the hotel market, as well as the distribution of these positions in the country.
  • Utilizes the institution of the Academic Advisor, for the selection of professional careers for graduates. The Academic Advisor examines the particularities of each graduate and, in cooperation with him/her, formulates a strategic plan for his/her future professional career.
  • It runs seminars aimed at acquiring applied skills in the areas of F&B Management and Rooms Division Management, so that graduates can easily manage these two hotel superstructures.
  • Maintains partnerships with key tourism stakeholders and leaders in the hotel industry
  • Organises career days, where a significant number of hotel businesses participate
